We believe in showing our work. These are real price ranges from actual jobs we've done across the Phoenix Valley — Scottsdale, Peoria, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, and beyond. Prices vary based on what we find on-site, the components you choose, and the complexity of the repair. The better the parts and equipment, the higher the cost — and the longer it lasts. Use the selector below to find the service you're dealing with.
Slow or fully blocked drains — kitchen, bathroom sink, shower, or tub. We snake or clear the blockage on-site. Simple jobs on a single drain land at the lower end. Jobs involving multiple fixtures, deep blockages, or P-trap pull-and-clean work come in higher. No parts = labor only.
Low pressure, dripping faucets, cartridge wear, temperature issues — most shower and faucet repairs fall in this range. Includes labor and common repair parts like cartridges, seats, or aerators. Phoenix's hard water accelerates wear on fixture internals; we see this regularly.
When a cartridge repair isn't enough — corroded valve body, failed pressure-balance mechanism, or a valve that's past its life. Full valve replacement involves opening the wall, removing the old body, installing a new valve, and restoring the trim. Labor-intensive but done right once.
Humming but won't spin? Tripped breaker or jammed flywheel? Many disposal calls are resolved with a reset or a simple unjam — no parts needed. We charge a flat service visit for these quick fixes. If the disposal needs replacement, that's a separate scope.
When the disposal can't be saved — burned motor, cracked housing, or just too old. Includes removal, haul-out, and installation of a new unit. Range depends on the disposal model. Better units (1 HP, stainless grinding chamber, multi-year warranty) run toward the top of the range and are worth it.
New faucet, toilet, or fixture swap. Includes removal of the old fixture and installation of the new one — supply lines, angle stops, mounting hardware. You supply the fixture, or we can source one. More complex setups (vessel sinks, widespread faucets, wall-mount toilets) will run toward the upper end.
Running water meter with nothing on? Wet spot on the ceiling? We trace and locate the source — supply line, angle stop, toilet internals, or a slow drip behind a wall. Simple repairs (supply line, angle stop, toilet flapper) are at the lower end. Wall penetration or line repair moves higher. How to read your water meter: see our guide.
Detection only — this is the diagnostic phase. We use pressure testing and electronic listening equipment to locate the leak under the slab without breaking anything first. Range depends on complexity and time required. Once located, repair scope (reroute, spot repair, or full repipe) is quoted separately. Our 40-year veteran has located and resolved slab leaks that other companies called "unrepairable."
The range is wide because the situation varies enormously — a simple repair is around $350, a full tankless installation is $6,100–$7,000. The right answer depends on what you have, what's wrong, and what you want next. We break it all down on the full pricing page: repair options, tank replacement tiers, and tankless good/better/best.
See the full water heater breakdownPhoenix water runs 8–23 grains per gallon depending on your city — among the hardest in the country. Softener repair starts around $350. A standard softener replacement runs $2,800. Our flagship Green Fusion (3-stage filtration + softening, 10-year warranty) comes in at $4,800. Salt-free conditioning is also available if you prefer no salt or drain line. The right answer depends on your water hardness, pipe age, and goals.

Emergency visits start at $350 for the service call, with repair costs on top depending on what we find. We're upfront about scope before we start. Nights and weekends may carry an additional premium — we'll tell you what to expect when you call.
Sewer line repair and replacement ranges vary so widely — root intrusion, full collapse, offset joints, partial belly — that publishing a number would be misleading. What we can tell you: our 40-year senior plumber has a camera and the experience to see what others miss. He's restored flow in lines that other contractors wrote off as a full replacement. We start with a camera inspection and tell you exactly what's there before anyone digs a thing.
Schedule a Camera InspectionEvery home is different — number of fixtures, story count, pipe access, slab vs. attic routing, and material choice (PEX-A, PEX-B, copper) all drive the final number. We don't publish a range because it won't mean anything until we walk your home. What we will tell you: we do repiping right the first time, we use quality materials, and every job is reviewed by a 40-year plumbing expert before it's signed off. This is a one-time investment that protects everything downstream.
Request a Repipe ConsultationAll prices reflect Phoenix-area averages as of 2026 and depend heavily on what we find on-site. We don't pad estimates, we don't inflate scope, and we don't upsell work that isn't needed. The goal is always the same: get it right, explain why, and give you something that lasts. Better components cost more — but they hold up longer in Phoenix's hard water and extreme heat environment.
We'll look at what you've got and tell you exactly what it'll take — no fluff, no upsell.
